About Velocity Performance Hub
Who we are
Velocity Performance Hub was founded by Simon and Jennifer Bennett to help athletes train smarter and perform at their highest level.
With 50 years of combined high-performance experience, we’ve seen where traditional approaches fall short. Cookie-cutter training plans, generic training advice, and data without clear direction simply don’t work. Performance isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s individual, and it requires precision.
We work with endurance athletes across disciplines — including cyclists and paracyclists, runners, swimmers, and triathletes — from committed everyday athletes to elite competitors.
At Velocity Performance Hub, we take the guesswork out of training.
Through Advanced Performance Testing, Gait Analysis, Metabolic Testing, and Equipment Fit Assessment, we evaluate how your body actually moves and performs. Then we build a strategy around your goals, physiology, and lifestyle.
Our science-based, data-driven approach reduces injury risk, improves movement efficiency, and drives meaningful performance gains, whether you’re preparing for competition or pursuing a personal best.
Athletes today are flooded with numbers. But data only matters when it’s interpreted and applied correctly.
We translate testing into clear, actionable steps you can use in daily training. The result is stronger adaptations, better mechanics, and long-term durability.
Velocity Performance Hub is a performance center built entirely around the needs of the athlete, providing personalized coaching, biomechanical analysis, metabolic efficiency testing, and a smarter path to performance.
While based in Greenville, SC, we support athletes across the U.S., Europe, and Australia.
Our Founders
Simon Bennett, Founder,
Director of Coaching
An elite endurance coach and former professional cyclist, Simon has coached athletes from first-time competitors to Olympic and World Champions across cycling and triathlon. His coaching integrates testing, structured training, and technical development to help athletes improve consistently while staying healthy.
Jennifer Bennett, Founder,
Director of Operations
With a background in medicine and sports nutrition, Jennifer works with athletes on the practical side of performance — nutrition, planning, preparation, and race execution. She helps athletes manage the details around training so they can perform with confidence and consistency.
Our mission
Our mission is to bring precision and understanding to endurance training so athletes can train with confidence and see measurable progress.
We turn complex performance information into practical guidance athletes can apply consistently in everyday training. The focus is long-term development — building reliable performance rather than short-term peaks.
Our approach
Our process connects performance testing directly to everyday training.
Analyze
We begin by establishing an accurate picture of how you perform. Through Metabolic Testing, Gait and Movement Analysis, and Equipment Assessment, we identify true training intensities, efficiency, and key performance limiters.
Optimize
We use this information to shape and guide training. Programs are individualized to your physiology, goals, and lifestyle, with careful management of load, progression, and recovery. Athletes understand what to do, how hard to train, and why.
Achieve
With clear direction and consistent application, performance improves. Athletes develop greater efficiency, reduce setbacks, and build reliable, repeatable results season after season.
