This includes strength work, swimming, cycling, running, transitions, nutrition strategy, and race planning — all built around your goals and lifestyle.

    This daily coaching service includes:

    • Unlimited communication Monday–Friday (with weekend support for racing, illness, or emergencies)

    • Unlimited adjustments to your schedule, workouts, and training plan

    • Unlimited nutrition planning, phased planning, race strategies, course reviews, and pacing plans

    • Daily review of your metrics and workout data, allowing your coach to identify how your body is responding and where adjustments are needed

    • Personalized strength, swim, bike, run, and transition sessions

    • Technique review and optional video or in‑person analysis

    • Detailed phased training and race plans

    • Annual race planner

    • Strength and mobility video sessions

    • A 3D motion‑capture bike fit and one metabolic test

    • Access to Velocity Performance Hub athlete‑only Spain training camps

    Daily Feedback and Review pricing

  • A structured, lower‑frequency feedback option for athletes who want personalized training with monthly plan reviews.

    Monthly coaching includes:

    • One monthly coaching call (scheduled by the athlete), with exceptions for sickness or emergencies

    • Updates to training plans during the monthly call

    • Monthly data review and feedback

    • Personalized swim, bike, run, strength, mobility, and transition training

    • Detailed phased training content and race-day plans
